We are pleased to officially announce the results of the 2024 Foothill Wine Competition, sponsored by Choose Folsom. The competition was held in Folsom on September 14th and 15th, 2024.

The Foothill Wine Competition was designed to showcase and promote wines from grapes grown in all Sierra Foothill appellations. The goal of the Competition and November 9th Public Event is to raise visibility for consumers and trade alike. The best outcome is foot traffic to your winery.

Our panel of experienced all-star judges assessed just under 400 entries this year. The Judges awarded 5 Best of Show awards, along with 32 Best of Region wines, these are the top competitors each category of wines entered with a Gold and above. The Judges also awarded 26 Double Golds, 156 Gold, 146 Silver, and 54 Bronze medals. These are record numbers and we give you all the credit.
